My experience was great. Couldn't have asked for a better offer Jesus made things really simple and fast. The people in the front office were great with assisting me in my move and welcomed me and my children with open arms ☺️. We had doubts about it not being kid friendly but it is great my girls have friends all over the community and it's only been 5 days. Thank you to Jesus and the great staff here at Fairways.

Yazmin went above and beyond to get me moved in. She also gave me a great rate but most importantly it was a friendliness of the all the staff here including the manager but again Yazmin was very courteous understanding and helpful and did not hold any judgmental attitude or did not have any condescending attitude towards me again the property itself is ran very professionally and very clean and upkeeping is beautiful. And my apartment is very lovely compared to the wine I have before so I would like for everyone here to be recognized and to be appreciated for all their hard work I highly recommend this place Good price great quality beautiful people.

I can say out of all my apartment complexes here at Thunderbird when you put a request in within 24 hours next day they’re right here fixing your issue. I've lived here going on 3 years. The apartment itself isn't bad, neither are the amenities that comes with it. I've been here and seen multiple maintenance teams here and it's a hit or miss. I know they try their best and it's only about 6 or 7 of them for the entirety of the community. Also I've had the luxury to see multiple different teams in the office. Yazmin always helps me out 95 percent of the time she's the person who answers the phone first. Even when I was tripping out she reassured me and assisted me multiple times, definitely my favorite person thats worked here since I've lived here. Can't leave out the assistant manager Jaden, she's so kind and caring when dealing with me and she's also the person who helped me get the perfect lease.

I have lived here for just shy of one year. Upon reflection decided it was best to step forward and ask about a renewall of my lease for another year. No problems handled in the office in less than 30 min. Over the past year I have seen the property slowly but positively change for the better and it was not bad when I moved in. It has to do with due diligence by the staff. Yes we have water sutdowns but they for brining a 40 year old property into compliance with the current standards. Very much appreciate the staff and look for to a happy following year as a resident. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is the best management team in the 5 years that I have lived here. Changes can be frustrating at times, but I believe that this team has everyones best interest at heart. Hello, I have lived here for 6 years and I have recommended more than 4 friends who currently live here. The truth is that I have to admit that Ana and her team are doing an incredible job. I don't know why they insist on making her job more difficult since they arrived here. There are less crazy people on the property, less dog poop, less bad atmosphere, in short, and a lot of control. My washing machine and my bathtub broke and in less than a week I had my problem solved!!! And it was the Cubans who, even though they don't "speak English, did everything possible to solve my problem." In short, the good things must also be highlighted. Thank you very much Ana for your excellent work and dedication and congratulations to all the team that works there , they always making sure my apartment it’s in good conditions. Thank you 🙏

Ak leads the way

This place is absolutely corruptible , they put in an immediate eviction on me when I wasn’t even here a week. I thought this would be a pleasant community experience which has been nothing but dreadful experience with high traffic- Skyline Intrusion and infestation of roaches. I’ve had to combat these invaders and suffer loss rest for about three weeks. On top of that I had to waste my own monies to create my own homemade remedies to fill in over 20 cracks all along the baseboard of my 940 foot square 2x2 unit. It got so out of hand I started to develop new levels of insomnia and anxiety’s by spikes of the daily visitation of these foreign pest. And mind you this they are nowhere like any ordinary type species of roaches they are literally HYBRIDS, sort of like a cross mutation with different abilities. I went so far as to start me a novel. OUTLINED, the MYSTICAL ROACH ?, thinking about it now makes my skin itch. However I don’t give any one title-ship over my creative property. KNOWING I had to undergo long suffering and tremendous mental suffering. Also they were flooding my refrigerator as well don’t think any produce would be safe around these type of critters. So don’t fall for the concessions if something seems to good to be true in hindsight then most assuredly there is some form of deficiency. I am also tryna work on my court claim which they proceeded without my presence and gave me a faulty timeline so I have a current default judgement on monies I render to them. So I am trusting in faith and am using this outlet to make future clients aware of their fraudulent SCHEMES. Thank you for the acknowledgement of my experience , there is so much more I can speak about , but I’ll just stick with just the out of control pest which was here and had my unit basically uninhabitable . ¥ ( 2500+ move in cost first and last month rent, you know I choose to keep my language clean on here but they deserve a negative -25500 star rating absolutely”).

Hello ghos Is our new supervisor for our maintenance? He is awesome. He has a true concern about the tenants that live here where he works. He gets the job done. He runs a great crew. He's very open and well orientated with people he's very compassionate. And about his job and about you know. Providing the things that the tenants need and making this a better safer environment for us. I think that this is the best crew that they've had since I've lived here. And I say 10 thumbs up to this meant, young man. He does an excellent job he's very he's nice, he's he's business orientated. He has a true love and concern. For people and it, it shows through his work and through his attitude and I think God that there's a breath of fresh air. Now within this hellhole of of a community because the office staff is very racist their they're inconsiderate, they don't care, especially if your skin is dark. Colored, then you really know they do anything and everything. And if you raise up against them, then they want to terminate your lease. We're getting charged a utility bill and all of this extra charges for what my base friend is 1160 and I'm paying d*** your $1500 a month. After all their fees and s***, the water is off every other day. It seems like the heater and AC don't work in here for nothing. Black mold roaches, I mean, come on now and because somebody wants you to fix and put their washer and dryer or their dishwasher in place like it's supposed to be. Then that's a problem, this this young man. And his crew has been the breath of fresh air that this property has needed. And anybody to to to discriminate against him or to hate against him or idiots. Because our old maintenance crew was going into people's houses and still in their stuff while they was at work. Because they have key access, they didn't clean up the property to properly look like garbage. The property is clean. There's no dog s*** to step in this. Young man and his crew have came in here and did an exceptional job. And if he was to leave, I would leave too

Goc and Albert have been extremely helpful and quick when it came to fixing my appliances in my apartment. My appliances are now functioning as they should be thanks to them! The whole staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. Service request where handled promptly and professionally. The entire staff has been willing to answer any questions and help when needed. The grounds are kept clean and look good for a 20+ yr old complex. My apartment is huge for a 1 bedroom. I was so happy when they didn't call a paintjob a upgrade like so many other apartments, then slap on more money. The only thing which irks me is being charged for Television subscription to a provider I hate, and I don't need. Overall its actually 4.5 stars because of this.

Major kudos to Bobbi! I'm an apartment locator and I brought a customer to your community today. She was working solo, and when she returned to the office from giving tours to other guests, there were 12 of us waiting to tour apartments and discuss costs and move-in dates. She quickly took control of the situation and gave all 12 of us a combined tour of 2 units. Following our return to the leasing office she addressed each group's specific requirements and questions and she did a masterful job of managing what could have been a chaotic situation. I was recently put in a position in which I needed to find a place to live quickly. After trying to jump through several companies hoops,I came upon Fairways on Thunderbird. The monthly rent was decent, the move in special and concessions were out of this world amazing, there were no complaints of roaches, and the staff seemed friendly enough. I turned in my application and very shortly after that, I was handed the keys to my beautiful new place. The staff was so helpful and responsive throughout the move in process. Smooth sailing the entire way through. Kendyl was always quick to reply to my emails. Never have I experienced such an easy process when moving. I am so thankful and happy that I've made this place my home. It's not too expensive, the apartment is awesome and the grounds are kept up. Staff is helpful, neighbors are excellent. I honestly thought nobody lived around me at first as my neighbors and I never hear eachother through the walls. The pools are clean, the workout and laundry facilities are great. All around a 10 out of 10 experience. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.

In just a few days I will be moving out of Fairways on Thunderbird. I have been here 3 years now and am very grateful for my time spent. Miss Rosa Gonzalez, the property manager here at Fairways has been nothing but respectful and fair to me as a tenant. I have seen a lot of progress over the years, Miss Gonzalez has spent time building her office team. Kendyl has been very beneficial to their team, she means business!! The maintenance staff has been tremendous in my time of need, the guys are cool, funny, handsome, and quick with their work! In my 3 years here. I’m so beyond appreciative of how this community provided for me. It’s time for change, I’ve been blessed with the most amazing job and am able to afford a gorgeous unit in a brand new building. My new physical address is xxxx N. Scottsdale Rd and I’m so blessed to open my front door to the fabulous shops and restaurants of Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland commons. Since I have moved into Fairways they have hosted a Halloween event and now they are hosting a Christmas drive for the needy and giving away girt cards for residents that to me is great , I love to live somewhere the leasing office gets involved with their residents and host parties ! Jena was a big help with moving in. Originally was going to get a one bedroom but looking for a studio. Unfortunately at the time I was checking out the apartment complex Jena informed me that all the studios were taken. I liked the place so I decided to get the one bedroom. After applying I get a call from Jena informing me that a studio opened up. I quickly took it with Jena’s recommendation. She pretty much helped me with the whole process. So just incase I decided to apply at Fairways on thunderbird.The young lady named Destiny that helped me that day was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. I decided to just move there instead of waiting. She just made the whole move in and paperwork process so simple and I was moved in before the other place even called.The grounds are very clean and my 1 bedroom apartment was freshly painted. The floors appeared to be new. It had new stainless steel appliances. I would recommend the place to anyone needing to find an apartment.

My father and I moved into a two-bedroom remodel, and of course, there are little things here and there that might have been overlooked in the remodeling process. In our case, the plug for the washer/dryer was incorrect, we were missing a few slats in our blinds, and there was some plumbing that had to be updated. Thing is, we didn't really have to ask them twice, their men came right out and took care of us, and now everything is working smoothly. The hard floors they put in throughout are perfect for us and our pets, the room sizes, both with attached bathrooms, allowed us to fit our beds, dressers and desks easily; my dad even fit his recliner in his room. The floor plan is somewhat wide open with ample space for a couch, chair, entertainment center, and a little dining space. Appliances in good shape, including the stacked washer/dryer combo. People around here are friendly if you'll just say hi to them. Lots of kids around, but not a lot of noise, people are respectful, plus you have the brick walls separating units that prevent a lot of sound from coming through. We wanted to be here for multiple years, so long as they don't jack the rent up every new lease. We're using this place to save up for a condo of my own, but I could live here 2-3 years (or longer) if things remain as they are, with the responsive service.

My name is Jon, And I have been currently living here for over 9 years. I really enjoy the new management team that has been here over this past 2020 year, especially during this pandemic. The Friendly new MGMT team encourages a good community with a playful children-safe environment, for pets, and also for guests you may bring. It just makes you feel right at home. I see a lot of Thunderbird High School students live here with their parents, and the buses pick them up and drop them off in the morning and afternoon. Sometimes the management team creates community raffle contests to win gifts or discounts, and sometimes they have little afternoon food potlucks & sweet treats throughout the year for all residents to come into the office and bring the community together to get to know your neighbors a little better. Overall this place just feels like home, I'll rate it five stars.

I am on the 2nd floor, so it’s quiet ...security comes drives by once a night. Neighbors put up loud music out front with their cars but I guess that’s everywhere you go. My lease is almost up in Feb so far no issues here or with staff, staff is always nice and professional. The only thing I regret is not having my own washer/dryer in unit I mean those laundry facilities are disgusting I have to take pine sol paper towels everytime I go wash especially cause of COVID and all 😕anyway I enjoyed staying here at Fairways on Thunderbird!! Hi I live in the apartment complex and I love this place it is the best for my kids they live going outside to walk around and we have had no problem. It’s just so great and I plan on living here for a while because it’s so nice and quiet. Been living here for almost 5 years.. Good camaraderie with my neighbors. Mgmt may be a bit slow to follow up at times. Just speak to them in person and issues will be addressed. Not sure who claims bugs , that is a complete lie in my unit. Clean as a whistle. Not one roach EVER!!! I just renewed my lease and am very happy.

The supervisor Jessica and her lead Allie have been amazing from move in until now. Their customer service is exceptional! I moved in right around the time they started here and have seen them flip all the mistakes and make things better. I have seen residents yell at them I’ve seen residents frustrated and all from mistakes of previous staff and they always handle it very well and never raise there voice always very professional. My apartment is beautiful clean no bed bugs no roaches. Maintenance is great as well. The whole vibe is amazing I love my apartment my neighbors are great as well. Now we have Security just keeps getting better. Give them time it’s hard to pick up where previous staff left off. Thank you ladies for everything I am truly happy here.

Normally I do not post reviews but I really wanted to make a special shout out to the new management for Tides on Thunderbird. I have lived here for 8 months and what a difference it has been having new management. The Robinson group has done a wondeful job responding to my requests for work to be done in my apartment. They were fast and on time getting the issues in apartment remedied The office staff is very nice, thorough and has gone over and above to make my living situation the best. I would and will definitely recommend Tides on Thunderbird as a place to live.

Just moved into this property about 4 weeks ago, i have to say i am very happy with the staff and the Robinson group who manages the property. I rented one of the newly renovated units and i couldn't be happier, their attention detail paid off, they renovated the units like they would be the ones that would be living there. I am excited for the new pool clubhouse and swimming pool to be finished. Great job guys.

Before the Robinson Group managed this property I was getting ready to leave. My apartment felt extremely outdated and I had lots of issues with my appliances. When the Robinson Group came in they transferred me to a remodeled unit. It felt like it was brand new with different flooring, different paint and all new appliances. A couple weeks ago my A/C went out, and the maintenance staff had it back up and running again within a couple hours. I cannot thank the Robinson Group enough and cannot recommend a better place to live!
