Vanessa A, worked with me from start to finish and she was so helpful along the way she even went out her way to make sure I had evey thing needed to move in she even did a walk through if my apartment and took pictures, which no one has ever done in all my life of renting an apartment. I would suggest that everyone come to Fairways on Thunderbird. Prices are worth it.

Thanks to Yazmin me and my son now have a a home! The tour, application and communication during the process was amazing. There were no questions left unanswered and answered HONESTLY! The apartments and complex is CLEAN and well maintained!!! So grateful for the experience and support Yazmin provided. Looking forward to creating beautiful memories here, HIGHLY recommended!!

Handle my air condition issue very quickly and I really appreciate it. They had it back fixed before I got off work at 3pm and I alerted the office that morning at 9 am so very thorough. So again much appreciated and no complaints on my end.

I can say out of all my apartment complexes here at Thunderbird when you put a request in within 24 hours next day they’re right here fixing your issue. I’ve never had someone so fast respond whether or not they come in here and actually do the work. I’m very satisfied, I love this apartment. I feel at home. .

I’ve been looking for an apartment for the last 8 months. I met Yazmin and she made it easier than anyone else ever has. From the moment she started helping me she stuck with me the entire way until I had keys in my hands. She’s been beyond helpful and I’m so glad I chose Fairways at Thunderbird to be my new home!
